Massage
Hundreds of hours of practise and extensive study of anatomy and physiology solidified my understanding of where trauma is stored within the body, the different types of existing trauma, and how it is released. Sessions soothe muscles and the nervous system leaving clients feeling rejuvinated and restored.
- I offer a range of massage services to help you relax, releasing tension and trauma stored in the body - including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, and Thai massage.
